Welcome to an exciting new way to improve how you move!
Bones for Life is a series of processes/movements that reorganizes your spine on a neurological level. Every process is designed to improve your gait, stability, posture and strengthen your bones..
Bones For Life ®:
Because There's No Pill for Posture!
By offering a series of movement processes that improve the quality of coordination, the Bones For Life program addresses the functional aspect of movement skill involved in carrying a load such as the woman above is doing. The emphasis of the program is on organizing the skeleton into a safe, weight-bearing posture to sustain springy pulsations of force--the natural code for bone strength and suppleness.
Bones for Life was developed by Ruthy Alon based on the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais. It allows for the re-education of movement habits by offering the body the gradual experience of unused options. The learning is geared to the harmonious integration of all parts. The suggested ways of moving are explored from the perspective of the reciprocal coordination of all body parts
